Job Title: Export–Import Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 years in Import/Export field
Qualification: Minimum B.Com (MBA preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with buyers, suppliers, and agents regarding Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Contracts (SC), and Proforma Invoices (PI).
- Follow up with suppliers and shipping agents for cargo readiness and shipment bookings.
- Handle customer queries, provide shipment schedules, and share shipment details.
- Prepare and issue packaging, marking, and shipping instructions.
- Arrange inspection requirements with agencies (BV, SGS, etc.) and coordinate with suppliers/factories.
- Prepare, apply, and manage all export documentation and certificates (including BL, Switch BL, Telex Release).
- Monitor and track customer payments.
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (buyers, suppliers, agents, logistics team).
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail in documentation and compliance handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
