Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated Operations Executive Interns who are passionate about education and test preparation. This internship provides hands-on experience in content development, operations, and academic resource management. Interns will play a key role in ensuring high-quality question banks, tests, and eBooks for students preparing for CAT, NET, and CUET.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and upload daily, weekly, and monthly test questions on the app.
• Develop module-wise tests to support structured learning.
• Work on PYQ (Previous Year Questions) eBook preparation, including compiling, formatting, and organizing content.
• Create solutions and explanations for questions in a clear and structured manner.
• Recheck and proofread question-answer sets to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with the academic/content team to improve the learning material.
• Ensure timely completion and smooth execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background (preferably from fields related to management, commerce, or humanities).
• Good command over English (both writing and comprehension).
• Ability to analyze and solve questions from exams like CAT, NET, and CUET.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs (basic formatting, typing speed, etc.).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
