Operations Executive-Marine Agency

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Act as the primary operations point of contact for container vessels calling at Dubai ports (Jebel Ali / Port Rashid Etc...)
• Execute hands-on container operations, including discharge, loading, yard coordination, and vessel sailing formalities
• Coordinate directly with Port Control, Dubai Maritime City Authority, Ship masters and vessel operators Liners, feeder operators, and principals
• Prepare, verify, and submit operational documents such Berthing requests and pre-arrival notices, Container load/discharge lists and Cargo manifests and final sailing reports
• Monitor container productivity, crane operations, and terminal performance during vessel operations Coordinate vessel berthing, shifting, and sailing arrangements with port authorities.
• Arrange pilotage, tugs, bunkering, fresh water, provisions, crew change, and other marine services Liaise with PRO and drivers to ensure smooth crew change operations and accommodation requests.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency and compliance, and coordinate port activities and communications with team Create vessel rotations and register vessels with port authorities, including ETA declarations.

JOB REQUIREMNTS

• 4-5 years minimum experience in Dubai port operation specifically in container Operations.
• Knowledge in Dubai port procedures and shipping documentation.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach to operational challenges.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• marine agency container operations: 3 years (Required)
