Operations Executive – (Night Shift)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible female Operations Executive to support and manage our night shift operations for facilities located in the USA, working remotely from our back-office operations center.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong remote operational management capabilities, and a solution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth overnight operations, manage escalations efficiently, and coordinate effectively with field teams and vendors across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remotely monitor and manage operational activities for USA-based facilities during night hours to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance or operational requirements, ensuring timely completion as per company standards.
• Respond promptly to operational issues or emergencies, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and implement effective resolutions.
• Track, update, and close operational tasks or work orders using internal systems.
• Maintain detailed logs of nightly activities, escalations, and resolutions.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing completed tasks, ongoing issues, and action points for smooth handover to the day team.
• Monitor vendor performance, budgets, compliance standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (Remote Night Shift Role).
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong remote coordination and virtual team management experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with USA time zones.
• Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and operational management systems.
