Job Description:
- Provide support with the department's day-to-day tasks.
- must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines

- Ensure that all documentation is completed in a correct manner and presented within the expected time frames as designated by the departmental head at any given time.

- Excellent communication skills are also important, to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers, clients and team members by emails, telephone, and electronically. Proactively organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
- Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
- Ensure timely resolution of any discrepancy .
- Maintain a positive working relationship at all levels.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
Education: Graduate
Experience : 2 Years Minimum in same field
Other Skills: Fluency in English (Mandatory).
Good command of MS excel and better commercial sense.
Excellent organization, planning and communication skills, client relationship management.
Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off
Shift: Night Shift (10:30 PM – 10:30 AM; timings may change as per requirement)
Holidays: We follow the UK holiday calendar only (no Pakistani federal holidays).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
