Operations Executive- Pricing

We are looking for an experienced Export SEA FCL Executive to manage pricing, procurement, and booking activities with various shipping lines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEA FCL pricing and the ability to coordinate efficiently with carriers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Export SEA FCL pricing and provide accurate quotations to customers.
• Procure competitive freight costs from multiple shipping lines and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Manage container bookings with carriers and ensure timely confirmation.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor vessel schedules, transit times, and carrier updates.
• Maintain records of rates, contracts, and shipment details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Export SEA FCL operations or pricing.
• Strong knowledge of SEA FCL pricing and carrier processes.
• Ability to negotiate competitive rates with shipping lines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/logistics systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
