Job Description
The Operations Executive is responsible for end-to-end project management and coordination of standalone project initiatives and overall program schedules updates, tasks distribution. This role involves actively supporting various stakeholders with effective project resource planning, tracking and reporting activities across the organization.
Years of Experience: 1-2 years
Role Responsibilities
· Manages the coordination of activities and tracks projects for a large variety of simultaneous initiatives
· Is in charge for resource allocation and movement within various portfolios of the company
· Actively monitor and report on key metrics with regards like utilization, productivity, and billability
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding from projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
· Interact with project team members on audit requirements and review the same.
· Manages tracking of project financials and corporate forecasting for the company
· Works with Subject Matter Experts and business unit leads in developing project plans and shepherds’ initiatives through completion
· Provides advice and consultation to senior management, program owners, and sponsors to assess their resourcing needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, and meet their expectations
· Champions the use of common processes and tools, and ensures compliance with established standards
· Create and maintain program roadmap, diagrams, visuals, Program Organization Charts, management dashboards, and financial spreadsheets.
· Participate in Program meetings and create agenda and produce minutes.
· Prepare weekly reports showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, hiring and resource requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
· Project management skills with exposure to various projects and stakeholders in their previous organization
· Versed in supporting project, field activities and executive level status reporting
· Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technical fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance, or related fields
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools like Power BI
· Strong “can-do” attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to support projects
· Ability to ensure compliance with guidelines, controls, policies, and procedures
· Ability to document and have excellent communication skills
