Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join our newly established sports business. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating swimming schedules, managing operational logistics, handling client and coach coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the sports center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate swimming schedules and session planning with coaches and clients
- Manage daily operational logistics related to sports activities and programs
- Handle client concerns, complaints, and operational issues, escalating matters to management when required
- Follow up on client payments and coordinate with internal departments regarding invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain effective communication between clients, coaches, management, and support departments
- Raise maintenance concerns and coordinate with the relevant team to ensure timely resolution
- Support smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction within the sports center
- Maintain operational records, schedules, and related documentation
- Assist management with operational reporting and coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in operations, administration, or sports management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
- Previous experience in sports operations, customer service, or facility coordination is an advantage
