 Operations Executive
 
 for our
 
 Warehouse Operations, based in Dubai.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The main job responsibilities include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Order processing in the ERP System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Planning/LC for stock out and the credit team for credit order releases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan the supplies and communicating with freight forwarder for shipment releases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monthly Invoicing / MIS reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monthly KPI reports for warehousing operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support warehouse team for Inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Invoicing
 </li>
 <li>
 Cancelling Orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Passing of GRN&rsquo;s
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining Monthly Stock Allocation File
 </li>
 <li>
 Any other tasks assigned by management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Bachelor's degree
 
 in any Field.
 
 
 At least
 
 2 years'
 
 experience in Warehouse/ Logistics/ Operations.
 
 
 
 Immediate joiners preferred.
