Operations Executive(Events & Exhibitions Industry Only)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive with strong experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, coordinating with production, installation, logistics, and clients to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.

This role requires the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and strictly follow company processes, project milestones, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion (A–Z)
• Coordinate with clients, production, installation, logistics, warehouse, and designers
• Handle Job Orders (JO), job tickets, mockups, samples, and approvals
• Ensure timely receipt of artworks, client approvals, and documentation
• Prepare and manage permits, passes, RTA/DM approvals, and exhibition documentation
• Maintain daily project monitoring, checklists, reports, and records
• Supervise production progress and installation quality
• Manage site coordination, client communication, and issue resolution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and snag-free
• Maintain professional client relationships before, during, and after delivery
• Ensure compliance with company standards, code of conduct, and procedures

Required Skills & Experience

• UAE experience is mandatory
• Experience in Events & Exhibitions industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Team player with high integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience as an Operations Executive / Operations Administrator or similar role
• Relevant professional certification is an advantage
