Operations Executive|Health Claims

Duties:

 Allocation of the Cases to the respective FO of the area within the TAT.( CASHLESS- within an hour and

RI/PA within 24hours).

 Maintaining of the state MIS.

 Coordinating with the FO s on the cashless cases and sharing the same for the Reporting.

 Coordinate with State Manager for the Translation and sharing the same while giving for

the reporting/screening.

 Daily follow up with the FO on the RI/PA cases pending cases and maintaining the TAT.

 Sharing the cases for screening (RI/PA).

 Regular update to be provided to the HO on the delay on the cases, including cashless.

MIS Preparation and Dashboard Maintanenace

Responsibilities:

 Maintaining TAT of all types of claims.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
