DS-Max is hiring for Operation facility Manager, the candidates who can attend F2F interviews

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations / Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, facilities management, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and operational excellence to ensure seamless functioning of all assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall facility operations for residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP, HVAC, fire safety, lifts, and other building systems.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs for efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, housekeeping, and security operations.
  • Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure asset quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Handle tenant coordination, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Lead facility teams and ensure proper manpower deployment and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on facility operations, maintenance, and financial performance for management review.

  • Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and safety systems.
  • Excellent vendor and contract management skills.
  • Budget planning and cost control abilities.
  • Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP / CAFM tools preferred.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or Facility Management.
  • MBA or Certification in Facility Management (IFMA / FMS) preferred.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in real estate companies, property management firms, or facility management services.
  • Exposure to both residential and commercial projects operations.
