Kloo (drinkkloo.com) is a fast-growing premium coffee brand based in Los Angeles with vertically integrated roasting and concentrate brewing operations.
We are hiring an Operations & Facility Coordinator to help manage day-to-day production execution and facility operations at our Los Angeles facility. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on keeping production running smoothly, the facility organized, and shipments prepared and executed on time.
This role reports directly to the founders and is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment.
Duties
- Help manage adherence to the weekly production schedule
- Support production operations hands-on when needed
- Track inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Keep the facility organized, clean, and properly stocked
- Coordinate or support equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Recruit, schedule, and help manage part-time production workers
- Ensure shift coverage and manage no-shows
- Prepare inbound and outbound shipments
- Support distributor onboarding paperwork and other operational requirements
- Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time
Requirements
- Fluent English required
- Korean proficiency required
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, production, warehouse, retail, or a related environment
- Highly organized and dependable
- Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on production setting
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to help manage part-time staff and maintain operational discipline
Preferred
- Experience working in a coffee shop, restaurant, warehouse, production facility, or other fast-paced operational environment
- Spanish is a plus, but not required

Work location

Compensation
- Approximately $4,000 per month
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
