Operations & Fleet Supervisor

Job Description:
The Operations & Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily fleet and operational activities, ensuring the efficient utilization, maintenance, and compliance of company vehicles. The role involves coordinating with operations teams, managing leasing and maintenance processes, handling incidents, and preparing operational and fleet performance reports to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the company fleet operations on a daily basis
• Monitor vehicle utilization, leasing agreements, and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with service providers
• Handle traffic accidents, insurance claims, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare operational, fleet, and cost reports on a regular basis
• Review invoices related to fleet services and ensure cost accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet or operations management
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations
• Experience in logistics or delivery companies is an advantage
• Good organizational, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
