We are a growing embroidery and screen‑printing company looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our production, fulfillment, and internal operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. Approximately 50% of the job involves physical picking, packing, and shipping, with the remaining time focused on order organization, documentation, inventory coordination, and internal team support.

About the Role
The Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently through our facility. This role supports daily production workflows, shipping, inventory handling, and order documentation while working closely with customer service and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Order & Job Management
- Organize and manage physical job jackets and order paperwork
- Stamp, match, scan, and file documentation accurately
- Maintain clean, accurate order records
- Identify and remove canceled orders from active workflows
- Prepare items requiring return to vendors
Picking, Packing & Shipping
- Execute pick lists based on customer order details
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Process daily shipments using USPS and shipping software
- Ensure shipments meet quality and documentation standards
Inventory & Fulfillment Support
- Support inventory restocking, organization, and cleanliness
- Assist with quarterly inventory counts
- Help maintain inventory listings for customer‑facing online stores
- Assist with hands‑on kitting and fulfillment projects
Process Improvement & Operational Awareness
- Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues in order flow, inventory handling, or documentation
- Make suggestions to improve accuracy, speed, or organization
- Use basic data (counts, trends, error frequency) to help improve workflows
Team Support
- Communicate effectively using email, chat, and collaboration tools
- Provide real‑time support to on‑site and remote team members
- Assist with shared office and operational responsibilities as needed
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Fully on‑site role
- Work spans office, production, warehouse, and shipping areas
- Occasional flexibility may be needed during peak production periods
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable working in a production and warehouse environment

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with opportunities to grow responsibilities and compensation over time as skills and contributions increase.
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
