About the Role

We are hiring a Business Operations & Growth Coordinator to support daily operations and help move the company forward.

This role is focused on organization, client communication, and supporting business growth, including helping generate and follow up on new opportunities.

You will be involved in multiple areas of the business, helping ensure things run smoothly while also contributing to growth and improvement.

This is not a routine or passive office position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying productive, and being part of building a growing company.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating with customers (follow-ups, scheduling, updates)
  • Supporting lead generation and follow-up efforts
  • Helping organize and track projects and internal documentation
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations and coordination
  • Maintaining organized systems for projects and records
  • Supporting overall business growth and operational efficiency

In addition, this role may include supporting basic financial organization using QuickBooks Online (such as invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining records).

Experience with QuickBooks Online or bookkeeping is a plus, but not required. Candidates with strong experience in this area may be considered for higher compensation or expanded responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Administrative, operations, or office experience

  • Experience in remodeling, construction, or service-based businesses
  • Experience supporting lead generation or customer follow-ups
  • Experience working in small business environments
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or bookkeeping

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position
  • On-site role in Las Vegas, NV
  • $20–$27 per hour depending on experience
