Role Summary

This role is the integrator of the business. You will oversee daily operations, KPIs, lead flow, performance tracking, and internal accountability. This person turns chaos into systems and protects long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily team performance dashboards & KPIs
• Monitor lead flow and distribution
• Ensure CRM integrity and follow-up compliance
• Identify bottlenecks in sales and processing
• Coordinate between leadership, LOs, and processors
• Build and refine SOPs and internal systems
• Drive weekly accountability meetings

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage, sales ops, or high-growth operations
• Strong CRM and data tracking experience
• Leadership and accountability-driven personality
• Process builder, not just a “manager”
• Comfortable enforcing standards
