The Role

The Operations & Growth Manager serves as the operational counterpart to Sales and leadership, ensuring that everything sold can be delivered profitably, reliably, and without disruption.

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Sales
  • Logistics operations
  • Service partners
  • Customer experience

You will protect revenue, solve operational problems in real time, and help scale the operation efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Protection & Deal Support

  • Validate operational feasibility of new deals
  • Identify risks that could impact service or margin
  • Support account expansions and customer retention
  • Assist in resolving high-impact customer issues

Transportation & Routing

  • Optimize routing for efficiency and margin
  • Adjust routes and plans when operational changes occur
  • Improve service reliability and delivery performance

Service Partner Management

  • Source and onboard transportation partners
  • Monitor performance, reliability, and costs
  • Align partner capabilities with operational needs

Customer Escalations

  • Resolve delivery failures or service issues
  • Coordinate across teams to restore customer confidence

Operational Discipline

  • Maintain routing data, truck logs, and compliance standards
  • Identify risks before they become operational problems

Hands-On Execution

  • Step in when systems or processes break
  • Support dispatch, warehouse, or field operations when needed

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who thinks like an owner and solves problems quickly.

Preferred experience

  • Logistics or transportation operations
  • Dispatch or routing management
  • 3PL, distribution, or supply chain environments
  • Vendor or service partner management
