Operations Head

Trip Machine is a motorcycle lifestyle brand based out of Gurgaon. We are present in over 30 countries and sell via online and offline channels.

We are hiring for an Operations Manager who posses experience and expertise in ecommerce operations. You will lead a team of 5 operations executives and will be tasked with ensuring smooth operations of orders fulfilment.

Roles and responsibilities

• Responsible for daily order fulfilment of orders received on our website as well as third party marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy.
• Management of inventory of ready to sell goods.
• Coordinating with Logistics partners to ensure that the orders are delivered within the promised timeframe
• Effective management of Return Shipments
• Shipping International Commercial Orders
• Responsible for tracking and regular reporting of Operational Metrics.
• Develop systems and processes to track and optimize productivity, quality standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Plan and ensure team growth in terms of skills and processes.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Operations preferably ecommerce
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
