- Develop and implement efficient operational processes for project execution.
- Align operational goals with overall business strategy of the agency.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability.
- Build and manage cross-functional teams for on-ground activations, events, and campaigns.
- Client & Project Execution
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns, activations, and brand activities.
- Maintain high service quality, ensuring all client expectations are met.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers for fabrication, logistics, and event execution.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Process Improvement
- Introduce SOPs, reporting systems, and performance metrics for better efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on operations, client deliverables, and project outcomes.
- Analyze operational data to improve productivity and minimize risks.
