Operations Head

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
• Plan, organize, and manage all operational activities to achieve business goals and production targets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for improving productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and finance teams for smooth execution of operations.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, local regulations, and safety norms.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of managers and supervisors.
• Drive cost optimization, waste reduction, and performance improvements.
• Oversee inventory management, production scheduling, and plant maintenance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership for strategic expansion and new project rollouts in Africa and other regions.
• Build strong vendor and partner relationships, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in operations, production, or supply chain management.
• Prior exposure to international or African market operations, especially South Africa adds advantage
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and ERP tools.
• Ability to handle multi-location teams and deliver results under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
