Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations within our service organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of relevant experience in the service industry, with proven expertise in managing large teams and handling office administration functions effectively. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational excellence and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Plan, oversee, and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets and service standards are consistently met.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Manage, supervise, and lead a large team across various functions.
- Allocate responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance team performance.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, and deployment.
Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and general workplace operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal departments.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
- Address operational issues, escalations, and service-related concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the service industry.
- Proven experience managing large teams (50+ employees preferred).
- Strong office management and administrative experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management systems.
