Operations Head – Automotive Garage

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive garage in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for managing workshop activities, technicians, customer service, inventory, workflow planning, and overall operational performance to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Manage daily garage and workshop operations
• ⁠Supervise technicians, service advisors, drivers, and support staff
• ⁠Monitor job allocation, repair progress, and delivery timelines
• ⁠Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• ⁠Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues
• ⁠Coordinate procurement of spare parts, consumables, and tools
• ⁠Maintain inventory control and cost management procedures
• ⁠Monitor productivity, revenue, and workshop performance metrics
• ⁠Implement and improve operational processes and SOPs
• ⁠Ensure compliance with UAE safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• ⁠Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management
• ⁠Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion plans

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ⁠Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in automotive garage operations, workshop management, or service center management
• ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills
• ⁠Good understanding of vehicle repair workflows and workshop operations
• ⁠Excellent communication skills
• ⁠⁠Valid UAE driver’s license

Experience:

• Automotive garage / workshop operations: 4 years in UAE (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
