Helen and Sons is a well-established firm specializing in UAE company formation, Free Zone and Mainland licensing, visa processing, and corporate services. We are looking for an experienced male operations officer to strengthen our business setup team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Setup Operations Head with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UAE company formation and Free Zone/Mainland operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of licensing procedures, visa processing, government documentation, and coordination with authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end company formation for Mainland and Free Zone entities
• Process trade license issuance, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
• Coordinate visa processing, including entry permits, medical typing, Emirates ID, and stamping
• Liaise with government authorities such as DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, Immigration, and other relevant departments
• Prepare and review documentation for share transfers, activity changes, and corporate amendments
• Track and manage license and visa expiry timelines
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Coordinate with sales and PRO teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted within required deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in business setup operations
• Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone licensing procedures
• Familiar with UAE visa regulations and immigration processes
• Good understanding of government portals and documentation systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files
