Position Summary
The Operations Implementation Analyst plays a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting digital solutions across Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, and Throughput domains. This position requires strong experience with healthcare business operations, process automation, and data-driven optimization. As a member of the DT&I Implementation & Adoption Team, the Operations Implementation Analyst will collaborate with domain/product leaders to scale DT&I products that standardize data management, automate manual workflows, and enhance system functionality—ensuring that appropriate stakeholders have the right products, resources, and information at the right time, while mitigating financial and operational risks.
Major Responsibilities:

Implement digital solutions that support healthcare business operations in the supply chain, revenue cycle and throughput domains by providing workflow guidance and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement DT&I products and process improvements

Operate unsupervised and be called on to lead project teams before, during and after system implementations.

Ensure a standardized and consistent approach relating to operational implementation in healthcare support services (includes, but not limited to Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, Process Improvement, etc.)

Ensure the development of the appropriate strategies, plans, tools and approaches to promote the successful implementation of technologies supporting business operations. Facilitate effective communications among all team members to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs, expectations and requirements.

Participate in the development and refinement of project implementation tools from an operations perspective.

Participate in initial project orientation, organize and manage the operational component of implementations, work in close coordination with corresponding operational leadership (Facility, Division, Healthtrust, Parallon). Provide training (train-the-trainer) and collaborate with vendors and resources to manage the delivery of training and education materials.

Work in conjunction with appropriate teams to help establish/design training programs for DT&I solutions

Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as appropriate.

Support end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations, technology and workflow implementations that improve consistency, efficiency, and outcomes

Support initiatives that drive productivity improvements, improve throughput and/or optimize supply chain operations through implementation and driving product adoption.

Improve throughput visibility and decision-making tools for clinical and operational leaders.

Collaborate with ITG in the definition and development of new or additional functionality to meet operational needs.

Standardize data management processes to improve accuracy, consistency, visibility, and reporting Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field (Required).

1+ years of experience in healthcare technology projects or implementations, with emphasis on Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, or Process Optimization solutions (Preferred) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Must be comfortable with extensive travel up to 76% or more.
