Operations Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Logistics Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end logistics operations, providing exposure to supply chain management, customer interactions, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist operations staff in day-to-day logistics activities

Support in managing pickups and deliveries

Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve queries

Coordinate with vendors and carriers for smooth execution of shipments

Participate in problem-solving and escalation management

Learn and support in process improvements across logistics operations

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam will be an added advantage
