Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Promote the use of the SmartQ digital platform by explaining the benefits and convenience of the SmartQ Ordering App, including available offers.
• Encourage users to download and use the app by providing guidance and training. Assist individuals without the app in placing orders and making payments through digital wallets.
• Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Implement and monitor streamlined workflows and standardized procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
• Identify potential risks to operations and implement mitigation strategies.
• Be willing to commute to client locations and carry out kitchen visits; owning a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
• Contribute ideas to improve reporting formats, data accuracy, and overall process efficiency.
