Operations Jr. Engineer (Industrial Engineer - Freshers)

About the Role:

Boutiqaat is looking for a fresh Industrial Engineering graduate to join our dynamic Operations team as an Jr. Operations Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, including inbound, outbound, logistics, and inventory management.

You will work closely with experienced professionals to support operational functions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations

• Assist with receiving goods and verifying accuracy.
• Support data entry related to expiry, damages, and mismatches.
• Participate in planning and forecasting.

Outbound Operations

• Support order fulfillment and delivery tracking.
• Identify inefficiencies in packing/sorting processes.
• Contribute to improving order accuracy and timelines.

Logistics

• Assist in tracking shipments and planning routes.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics.

Inventory

• Track inventory movement and support replenishment.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize wastage.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks.

General

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor operational progress and deadlines.
• Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

• 0 to 1 year (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Skills:

• Basic data analysis and Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to ERP/WMS systems is a plus
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
