So, what responsibilities does the Operations Leader – Used Car take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?


  • Maintaining relationships that Otokoç 2. El has with fleets and sales channels,and ensuring that all operational processes are carried out effectively.
  • Leading contract processes with suppliers and business partners; ensuring the administration, monitoring, and enforcement of contractual terms and penalties when necessary.
  • Ensuring that vehicle flows are carried out in line with defined workflows and established KPIs.
  • Coordinating and executing pre-sales preparation and post-sales operational processes for used vehicles.
  • Preparing the expense budget; ensuring that expenses and payments are in line with budget targets,and managing relationships with financial institutions.
  • Managing subcontractors within Otokoç İhale platform processes.
  • Planning according to needs and taking necessary actions to ensure the effective operation of sales channels.
  • Managing a direct team; developing team development plans, monitoring and reporting performance targets, and conducting on-the-job training activities.


What are the Required Qualifications?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences or Engineering.
  • Experience in operational process management, after-sales services operations, reporting, and planning; minimum 5 years of experience in used car operations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Process-oriented working approach.
  • Strong experience in reporting.
