About the Role

As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of our school-based programs across the country. This includes leading the execution engine that connects product design, curriculum delivery, tech platforms, people, and physical infrastructure into a seamless student and teacher experience.

This is a high-impact leadership role. You will oversee daily operations, manage the PMO function, and collaborate with Product, Learning, Platform Ops, Experience, Schools, and Facilities teams to ensure that every classroom runs on time, every launch is executed to spec, and every school is ready to scale.

This role is for a structured, action-oriented operator who thrives on building systems, leading teams, and solving problems at speed.

What You'll Do

Own Daily Operations

• Run day-to-day execution across all Tracks programs: scheduling, resource allocation, platform delivery, and staffing inputs.
• Lead the operating cadence across school and regional teams — track performance, surface blockers, and resolve them in real time.
• Monitor school-level dashboards to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across academic, logistical, and experience dimensions.

Stand Up & Lead the PMO

• Build and run a Project Management Office to deliver cross-functional initiatives tied to Tracks operations.
• Own the delivery roadmap for launches, pilots, process improvements, and system upgrades in partnership with product, learning, and platform teams.
• Manage execution dependencies across teams, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines and quality standards.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

• Act as the central operations node connecting six functions:
• Product — platform tools and feature rollouts
• Learning — curriculum alignment and academic calendar
• Platform Ops — schedule integrity and technical implementation
• Experience — student and parent journey execution
• Schools — regional managers and school leads
• Facilities — classroom readiness and infrastructure support
• Build trusted relationships with every counterpart. Ensure clear information flow and aligned priorities.

Design & Scale Operational Systems

• Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies — then fix them.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and operational cadences that work across regions and formats.
• Make every process repeatable, measurable, and ready to scale.

What You'll Bring

Operations Leadership

• Proven track record leading operations or high-complexity service delivery in education, EdTech, or operationally intensive environments.
• Experience building and managing cross-functional operating systems that span multiple departments.

Project & Program Management

• Deep hands-on experience running a PMO or managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with clear delivery accountability.
• Fluent with tools and frameworks: Gantt charts, OKRs, retrospectives, issue trackers.

Process Design & Execution Discipline

• A builder mindset — you document, streamline, and scale operational processes because you believe great execution is a craft.
• You translate ambiguity into structure and structure into rhythm.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Skilled at working across product, academic, tech, and delivery functions.
• Strong communicator who can influence and align stakeholders in high-ownership, fast-moving environments.

AI-Native Mindset

• You actively use AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance operations, and design tailored solutions. We see a clear AI leverage, where AI is core to the solution, not as an afterthought.
