Operations & Logistics Coordinator (with Accounting Background)

AlGenome LLC is a trusted provider of laboratory and scientific products, serving research institutions, healthcare facilities, and academia across the UAE and the region. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee our operations and ensure efficiency across logistics, accounting, HR, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations across HR, logistics, stock keeping, and accounting functions.
  • Supervise shipment handling, customs clearance, and local distribution.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock records.
  • Oversee financial transactions, including invoice verification, expense tracking, and reporting.
  • Implement and improve operational processes to align with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Act as the main point of contact between departments to support smooth workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in logistics operations and accounting (UAE experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of UAE logistics procedures, customs clearance, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting practices and ERP/financial systems.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently, manage teams, and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
