Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Executive to oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities. The role involves coordinating with various departments, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, procurement, HR, finance) to ensure operational alignment.
• Track operational performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Support planning and resource allocation for smooth execution of projects and operational activities.
• Lead and train junior team members to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and team challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
• Contribute to cost control and budget optimization efforts.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
