We are currently hiring an
Operations & Logistics Manager
on behalf of our client, a fast-growing clinical-grade health technology company operating at the intersection of AI, VR, and medical diagnostics.
Our client develops innovative screening and diagnostic solutions used by hospitals, healthcare providers, and educational institutions globally. This role will play a critical part in leading the operational delivery of large-scale school screening programmes across the UAE.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of nationwide screening operations. This position will ensure seamless coordination of logistics, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and programme scalability across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex field operations, multi-site logistics, and cross-functional coordination within healthcare, medical devices, edtech, or similar fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of screening programmes across schools and partner locations in the UAE

Manage logistics related to device deployment, transportation, setup, maintenance, and retrieval across multiple sites

Coordinate with schools, healthcare stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to align schedules, resources, and operational requirements

Develop and maintain scalable operational processes and SOPs

Ensure on-site operational readiness and coordinate field support teams during programme execution

Monitor equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness

Track programme KPIs including completion rates, throughput, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction

Prepare operational reports, summaries, and post-project evaluations

Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks

Support procurement activities and vendor management for operational and logistics requirements

Collaborate closely with Business Development and Technology teams to support programme expansion initiatives
Requirements
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, logistics, or programme management
-
Previous experience within healthcare, medical devices, healthtech, edtech, or related industries is strongly preferred

Proven experience managing multi-site operations and complex logistical deployments

Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience working within the UAE market; familiarity with Abu Dhabi and Dubai healthcare or education ecosystems is a strong advantage

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven

Proficiency with project management and reporting tools

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered a strong advantage

Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
