Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time (Direct Hire)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (may require seasonal flexibility)

Pay: $65,000 - $77,500

Job Summary

The Maintenance Operations Manager oversees daily field operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with quality standards. This is a direct hire opportunity. This role leads field teams, manages scheduling and budgets, and supports overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Field Managers and maintenance crews
• Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling to maximize efficiency
• Ensure services are completed on time and meet established standards
• Monitor staffing levels and assist with workforce planning
• Track budgets, labor, and key performance metrics
• Support operational adjustments based on weather, workload, or staffing needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate work records and job tracking
• Promote and enforce workplace safety practices
• Oversee equipment readiness and maintenance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, maintenance, or field management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Work Environment

• Combination of field and office-based work
