Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of sewage, effluent, and water treatment plants. The candidate will be responsible for plant efficiency, manpower management, client coordination, and ensuring smooth and compliant plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall operation and maintenance of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and Ultrafiltration systems.
• Monitor treatment process performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise maintenance of pumps, blowers, motors, valves, and associated equipment.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance planning and execution.
• Manage manpower, site operations, and client coordination effectively.
• Maintain log sheets, operational reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Optimize plant performance, chemical dosing, and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety practices, environmental compliance, and operational standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years experience in STP/ETP/WTP operations and maintenance.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in wastewater treatment plant management.
• Experience handling multiple sites or large-capacity plants preferred.
