Operations Manager - #1 Real Estate Team

Here at The Ames Team, we are the #1 selling real estate team in Southern Utah! We are seeking a strategic Real Estate Team Operations Manager to manage and oversee our operations, drive our buyer and seller lead generators, and support our marketing department in improving our already outstanding results.

The Real Estate Team Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the real estate team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, problem-solving, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual who excels in creating systems, managing processes, and supporting a team of top-producing agents. You will be responsible for making sure our growth objectives are met, ensuring existing systems are running efficiently and having the opportunity to improve them, lead generation is met, and KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Performance: Develop, track and analyze the performance of lead sources to ensure maximum ROI. Work with the team to adjust strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement strategies for recruiting agents, lead generation, nurture vendor relationships, and promote the brand. Ensure leads are properly nurtured through the sales cycle and that marketing efforts align with team goals.
  • Monitor System & Platform Development: Oversee the development and implementation of new platforms and systems that enhance team performance, improve client experience, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and help improve company processes to streamline operations and support the growth of the business. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, scalable workflows.
  • Client Development: Work closely with office staff to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the team is equipped to create “clients for life.” Provide training and resources to support exceptional client care.
  • Technology Integration: Identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational workflows and enhance team performance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Track team performance, analyze KPIs, and ensure budgets are adhered to. Assist with setting and achieving financial goals. While actively monitoring and helping decrease operations expenses by identifying areas of waste and inefficiency while maintaining high service quality. Implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Ensure that all operational documentation is up to date and easily accessible. Oversee proper documentation of all processes and client information, maintaining organization and compliance.
  • Team Management & Support: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the real estate team, providing support to agents, administrative staff, and other team members. Act as a point of contact for any operational issues.
  • CRM Management: Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring the team’s leads, clients, and transactions are tracked accurately and timely.
  • Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the team’s online sites to ensure it reflects accurate branding, services, and listings. Also, improve site functionality, user experience, and lead conversion.
  • Takes Initiative: Proactively identify areas for improvement and take ownership of solutions without waiting for direction. Demonstrate leadership by anticipating team needs, proposing new ideas, and driving projects forward independently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations, management, lead generation, advertising and marketing, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of others in support a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while still getting a lot done.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss), project management tools, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in real estate industry operations is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in google sheets and excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

  • Saint George, UT 84790: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
