Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our premium brands operations in Kuwait. This full-time position requires a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry with hands on experience in fine dining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient multi-restaurants operations, leading a dedicated team, and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere while meeting financial goals and upholding food safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of multi restaurants to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.

Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a cohesive and skilled team.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost-control measures.

Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Resolve conflicts or guest complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste.

Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
