Operations Manager

We are a growing company specializing in the import and export of high-quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Our mission is to provide fresh produce to global markets efficiently, sustainably, and reliably. We're now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end logistics for import and export of fruits and vegetables
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and clients to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor and manage inventory, storage, and cold chain logistics
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and food safety standards
• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff
• Analyze operations performance and implement cost-saving and efficiency strategies
• Manage documentation for shipping, customs, and quality assurance
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Report to senior management on KPIs and operational challenges

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Experience in fresh produce import/export highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs, and food safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems)
