Roles & Responsibility
1. Hands on experience in Accounts Payable end to end activities
2. Experience and understanding of ERP based F&A BPO processes
3. Interact with internal and external stakeholders
4. Drive identified projects / Lean six sigma initiatives within the process
5. Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency
6. Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
7. Single point of contact escalation for any process issues
8. Leading all Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with the client
Skills required
1. Conversant with Data Entry best practices & other methdologies
2. Good at managing all the complex situations at ease
3. Excellent Cognitive, analytical skills and eye in details
4. Ability to work under pressure, priorities and Multitasking
5. Team handling Capabilities / Demonstrate leadership
6. Hands on experience in evaluating new process changes
