12 CUPS . Ltd., one of the leading companies in the coffee industry, is announcing a job opening for the position of:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Tasks:

•               Oversee daily operational activities across branches and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

•               Monitor team performance and provide continuous training and guidance.

•               Manage inventory and supply chains to ensure the availability of materials and supplies.

•               Implement food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with approved policies.

•               Prepare and review operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

•               Supervise routine maintenance of coffee equipment and devices.

Responsibilities:

•               Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.

•               Improve operational processes and enhance performance and productivity.

•               Coordinate with other departments (HR – Finance – Marketing) to support operational activities.

•               Address daily operational challenges and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

•               Oversee the opening and setup of new branches, ensuring operational readiness.

Requirements:

•               Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and operating branches in the coffee or food & beverage sector.

•               Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage diverse teams.

•               Familiarity with performance indicators and operational data analysis.

•               Excellent communication skills and decision-making ability under pressure.

English proficiency is preferred
