As an Operations Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and operation of properties and staff in accordance with JLL's standards and procedures. This dynamic role involves developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining overall site services, performance processes, and quality standards while driving innovation in service delivery. You will work to lower operational costs and collaborate with suppliers to integrate services that dramatically enhance the facility experience, directly contributing to JLL's reputation for excellence in commercial real estate services.

Provide leadership and direction for efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems

Analyze trends and utilize data to anticipate and proactively address issues in the client environment

Interface directly with client senior management, vendors, and stakeholders throughout all levels of the organization

Conduct planned site inspections to ensure quality service delivery and address user feedback from surveys

Develop and implement startup plans for assigned projects, managing overall startup schedules and coordination

Monitor work requests from JLL, clients, and vendors while holding vendors accountable for high-quality service delivery

Manage budgets for operations and prepare detailed regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Valid state driver's license with ability to perform Vehicle Safety Inspections

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant facilities management experience

Experience managing cleaning/custodial, landscaping, solid waste & recycling, and pest control programs

Strong technical knowledge of building systems and compliance requirements

Financial acumen to effectively manage budgets for projects and operations

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and multi-task effectively

Strong analytical skills to utilize data and analytics in communication and decision making

Experience with commissioning activities and vendor management

Knowledge of applicable codes, specifications, and federal/state regulations
