Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of operations to ensure smooth progress.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and best practices.
- Improve operational systems, processes to support organizational goals.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, quality control, and customer service operations.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning and business development.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports on performance metrics.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate department staff and promote a productive team environment.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze metrics, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software/tools.
- Experience with ERP systems.
