Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of operations to ensure smooth progress.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Improve operational systems, processes to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee inventory, logistics, quality control, and customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic planning and business development.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports on performance metrics.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate department staff and promote a productive team environment.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze metrics, and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software/tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
