Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our organizational processes. Duties

• Oversee profit & loss management to ensure financial health and sustainability of operations.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
• Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with market demands.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management roles with a focus on operations or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution.
• Experience managing profit & loss statements and understanding financial metrics.
• Supervising experience with a track record of successful team management.
• Knowledge of business development strategies and project management principles.
• Ability to analyze processes critically and implement improvements effectively.
