Operations Manager

Jantrah Tech Private Limited is a growing software and digital services company providing innovative IT solutions, software development, digital marketing, and business process automation. We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficient workflow across all departments. This role is critical in driving growth, maintaining quality standards, and leading a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, development teams, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage resources effectively to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and present updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (1 year) as an Operations Manager, Business Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, workflow optimization, and team management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and business software.
• Experience in IT/software industry will be a strong advantage.
