OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all production activities in the manufacturing unit
• Ensure optimal utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Oversee inventory management and procurement in collaboration with supply chain teams
• Enforce health and safety protocols across the production floor
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, technicians, and floor staff
• Analyze performance data (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management
• Collaborate with design, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
