Position Summary:
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations at Riverside Recovery, including scheduling, bed board management, client appointments, transportation, and compliance. The Operations Manager also oversees the Tech Department to ensure streamlined communication, system efficiency, and effective support across all departments. This role works closely with Direct Care leadership and other departments to ensure smooth workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the facility’s scheduling systems, ensuring staff coverage aligns with program needs.
Manage and update the bed board daily to reflect accurate census and client placement.
Supervise BHT staff, providing leadership, support, and accountability.
Ensure streamlined communication between BHTs, clinical, nursing, and leadership teams.
Coordinate transportation logistics, ensuring timely and safe travel for clients.
Maintain accurate records of appointments and transportation activities.
Ensure adherence to EOC (Environment of Care) standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist with audits, inspections, and reporting for compliance (DCF, AHCA, Joint Commission, etc.).
Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
Serve as a key liaison between Operations, Direct Care, Clinical, and Administrative teams.
Facilitate communication across departments to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Support leadership in operational initiatives that enhance quality of care and client experience.
Monitor day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
Assist with incident reporting, emergency preparedness, and facility management needs.
Support leadership with special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.

High school diploma or GED
Associates degree or higher in Health Care Administration or Business Administration preferred
1 -4 years’ experience in a medical or healthcare setting
Must have analytical skills
Strong customer service experience working in a professional office setting required
