What you’ll do
As our Assistant / Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the founder and learn every aspect of running and scaling a business:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with labour and suppliers
- Manage inventory, raw material, and packaging flow
- Handle vendor follow-ups, purchasing, and basic accounts
- Ensure orders are processed smoothly and on time
- Assist in documentation, invoicing, and record keeping
- Use basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, emails, Tally preferred)
- Support marketing/logistics as needed (courier, dispatch, etc.)
- Take ownership of tasks and grow into an independent operations leader
Who you are
- Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA or equivalent) – freshers welcome if eager to learn
- Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Honest, reliable, and willing to learn hands-on
- Interest in Ayurveda, wellness, or natural products is a plus
- Based in Indore or willing to relocate
Minimum experience Required: 2 years
