What you’ll do

As our Assistant / Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the founder and learn every aspect of running and scaling a business:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations with labour and suppliers
  • Manage inventory, raw material, and packaging flow
  • Handle vendor follow-ups, purchasing, and basic accounts
  • Ensure orders are processed smoothly and on time
  • Assist in documentation, invoicing, and record keeping
  • Use basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, emails, Tally preferred)
  • Support marketing/logistics as needed (courier, dispatch, etc.)
  • Take ownership of tasks and grow into an independent operations leader

Who you are

  • Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA or equivalent) – freshers welcome if eager to learn
  • Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Office / Google Workspace)
  • Good communication & organizational skills
  • Honest, reliable, and willing to learn hands-on
  • Interest in Ayurveda, wellness, or natural products is a plus
  • Based in Indore or willing to relocate

Minimum experience Required: 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
