We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead, coordinate, and optimize our day-to-day travel and photography tour operations. You will ensure smooth execution of all travel packages, manage vendor relationships, coordinate with customers, and continuously improve our operational processes. Your role is key to delivering high-quality services and achieving customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of travel and photography tours.
• Plan and coordinate tour schedules (transport, accommodation, meals, photography sessions).
• Supervise and lead the operations team for smooth tour execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors (hotels, transport, guides).
• Handle customer communication, support, and resolve escalations.
• Monitor and control tour budgets and expenses.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with travel permits, photography regulations, and safety protocols.
• Prepare periodic performance and financial reports for management.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction during tours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations management (travel, tourism, or photography sectors preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of travel permits, logistics, and photography regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
