Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Operations Manager to be a key link between our clients and the Apollo Shine Foundation Chennai team. The role involves coordinating and managing client requirements, driving impactful health initiatives such as camps, health talks, webinars, and BLS training. The Operations Manager will also lead service deliverables and quality assurance, support business development activities, Internal team coordination and maintain effective collaboration with partner institutions to further the Apollo Shine mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal team and manage client requirements effectively across assigned regions.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service standards and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Drive business development efforts to expand program reach and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with partner institutions and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Monitor and report on program outcomes and client satisfaction metrics.
• Manage resources, logistics, and schedules efficiently to support health programs.
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement of operational processes and service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or social initiatives.
• Ability to travel extensively across India.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience in business development and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to quality assurance and delivering impactful service outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
