Key Responsibilities
1. Import & Export Management
- Handle import/export documentation, including Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, IEC compliance, and DGFT/Customs requirements.
- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, and port authorities for clearance.
- Ensure compliance with GST on imports, export incentives, and RBI guidelines for international trade.
- Monitor lead times and ensure timely dispatch/delivery of shipments.
2. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Develop procurement strategies in line with Indian market requirements.
- Identify and qualify local and international suppliers for raw materials, components, and consumables.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize costs.
- Ensure vendor compliance with GST invoicing, e-way bills, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and service.
3. Supply Chain Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics to balance supply with demand.
- Manage distribution networks for timely deliveries across regions.
- Implement demand forecasting and optimize replenishment cycles.
- Identify supply chain risks and establish contingency plans.
4. Inventory Management (Production, Rental & Finished Goods)
- Monitor and control stock levels of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and rental equipment.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through ERP systems and periodic physical verification.
- Align stock management with production schedules and rental requirements.
- Minimize stock obsolescence, pilferage, and discrepancies.
- Maintain audit-ready inventory records for compliance purposes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
